About the Speaker:
Stacy Henderson, an attorney at Terpstra Henderson, advises her clients on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. She works with employers to achieve compliance with laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Employment and Housing Act, Family Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, and wage and hour. Ms. Henderson drafts employee handbooks, aids with the on-boarding and termination processes, performs training seminars on topics including sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention, provides overall guidance with day-to-day creation, implementation and enforcement of policies.
Jamie Bossuat, a shareholder with Kroloff, Belcher, Smart, Perry & Christopherson, has spent her career practicing employment law. She assists employers with a wide range of employment-related issues including policy development and review, trainings, investigations, claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations, and representation in administrative claims and lawsuits.
Kerry Krueger, a shareholder with Kroloff, Belcher, Smart, Perry & Christopherson, has background in litigation. Her practice primarily focuses on elder abuse litigation, employment litigation, medical malpractice litigation, construction and property disputes, trust litigation. She represents large and small employers including hospitals, physician groups, large and small construction companies, trucking companies, and local and regional commercial business in wrongful termination, harassment, and general liability litigation.
